“Avoid at all costs”

I purchased a dress from Diydress.co.uk recently. I ordered a gold chiffon wedding dress but when it arrived it was more green than gold. I have contacted them but they keep insisting that it is the correct colour. It is not the correct colour. They keep saying that it is a problem with my monitor as the colour is correct to their colour chart, no it is not. And as they are in China and not London as the website hints at you can't phone and their English is awful. I have got my credit card company involved and they have refunded me but because the money was paid to moneybookers.com and not diydress then they have to rely on the goodwill of the company to refund. If they refuse I will have to pay again. Their emails to me are getting threatening now so I have told them that they aare being sent to Barlcays and I have also contacted Trading Standards. I have had to buy another dress as this one is unwearable as a wedding dress, what bride wears a dress the colour of yellow/green. Avoid at all costs
