“Best Customer Service I've Experienced”

I can think of nothing worse than having problems with my hosting and having to wait days for a response from my hosting service. This has been my exact experience with most hosting services. I honestly nearly gave up, then I found Free Virtual Servers. They boast of customer service responses in 30 minutes or less, but I assumed this was a gimmick. Luckily, it wasn't. Their staff is extremely competent and friendly. When you run an online business, you really can't afford to have hours of downtime due to server issues. I'm just glad that Free Virtual Servers realizes this. It's like they see my business' site as their own and do whatever they can to keep it going. It's nice to know that they're more than just some people I pay money to.
