Similar story to other reviews - there is no attempt to help you get the items you want.

The stock is only sourced from the store you base the list, even though they have months to get it all together, they just seem to pick it the day before delivery and so items are going to be out of stock. Gift vouchers are offered but they are useless if they have discontinued the item because you need to shop elsewhere. Anyway, you choose a gift list for convenience not to chase around.

They also still send the goods they have even if other stuff in the range is out of stock, why would you want the matching pillow cases if the duvet isn't coming.

Come on John Lewis were giving you thousands of pounds of business put the goods aside when someone orders them otherwise you're selling goods you've already sold to someone else. At best it's amateur hour at worst it's theft.

Ruined the last bit of our wedding, thanks a lot.
