All the work is done for you! That is what i like best about this diet plan. You never have to think "what can i eat" Just eat what you are told to on a daily basis and the weight falls off. It really is as simple as that.
After only the first weeks weigh in you experience weight loss, so immediatly know its worth carrying on for another week.
Self determination is needed obviously to stick at anything, so being able to acheive possitive results from week one really boosts your resolve.
So give it a go is what i say.
