“Unable to contact”

Cash My Fone received my phone on 18th June 2013 - I paid a premium to have this delivered by registered post - they first of all denied receiving the phone then when I gave the details of the registered delivery from Royal Mail they miraculously found the phone. Then they dropped the price for the phone and asked me to confirm I wanted to go ahead with the sale. I confirmed this TEN days ago and have since emailed the company 4 times and phoned both their contact numbers no less than 5 times, leaving my order number and contact details, asking for an urgent phone call from them to let me know why I have not received any payment and to date all emails and phone messages have been totally ignored by the companhy!!
