“Disappointed with return service”

Lets see if this gets published.
I paid for a private transfer as i did not want to spend time wating for others to get their luggage and then visit numerous hotels to drop off. The transfer from airport to hotel was fine however on the return I was initially told 11.30 am for a 14.35 flight, I queried this and it was agreed that a 12.15 pick up would be fine. I was outside the hotel at 12.10 so not to delay the driver. As there was no sign of him at 12.25 I called and was told he was 5 minutes away, I phoned again at 12.35 he eventually arrived at 12.45.30 minutes wit in the very hot sun with not a word of sorry is not to me customer service. What would have happened if I had showed 30 minutes late, I think we all know.
