“One Word - Appaling”

Put simply this is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune with which to deal.
Over 6 months from placing the order we are still awaiting completion of the job. We had months of delays with the initial supply, with absolutely no communication from Skaala, or the Southern Representative, in fact I am still awaiting a response from the Northern Office!!!

When the Windows were finally shipped and initially installed I arrived on site to find that three Windows were incorrect, with the ones below not matching those installed in the first floor. More delays ensued whilst we awaited the supply of the correct Windows.

The installation was poor, whilst one broken pane of glass is par for the course, damage, scuffs and scrapes on multiple windows is unacceptable.
All the handles were incorrectly supplied, when they sent the replacements they only sent left handles, so again had to wait for the supply of right handles!

We are still awaiting the finishing touches and a resolution for the Bifold Doors which wad not supplied to specification, but it is now becoming seemingly impossible to make any form of contact. Although when you do receive any form of response they are always a little economical with the truth.

Save yourself a lot of heart ache and avoid like the plague, the quality of product does not make up for the strife.
