“Never had a problem”

I'm happy to use Late Rooms as , every time , I have managed to find just what I was looking for and at the right price.

The download after purchase is really easy.... believe me I'm no computer genius and am happier being in charge of the washing machine .

Once I have downloaded my hotel choice , I make contact with the Hotel and sort out with that Hotel any problems or requests I may have .

Every hotel has been very very helpful and have been obliging .

To this end I have not had occasion to approach Late Rooms to either complain or seek outside assistance

The only thing I would like is , I have found some hotels don't have a contact telephone number and I have to go through Directory Enq which is a pain
