“Stollen My Mobile”

I have sent a nearly new Samsung Galaxy S4 to this company by special delivery for a price of £342 and received an email saying they had not received it, I then checked the tracking no and it said it had been delivered and signed for by charlotte. I then replied but got no response, and a few days later got the same email, I replied again and no response. I then decided to ring them, could not get through on both there lines and could only leave a message on the one line, so I did and asked them to contact me no reply and another Email was sent and no reply and I still ain't had any contact from them, it's been a week now and im forced to take them to court. Just should not be allowed to be in business.
