i have ordered and paid for one direction tickets since february, and till now (july 3 (one day before the concert)) i havent got the tickets. i called viagogo and they said that my tickets wont be able to be delivered. what a horrible service! i cannot believe i have been excited for about 6 months for nothing. doing posters, preparing myself for everything there was to be in the concert. i ABSOLUTELY do NOT recommend this website to anyone!!

there are so many ways to solve the problem of not getting the tickets from the seller.for example:
-getting the tickets from the seller before at least one month
-sending the ticket by e-mail to be printed

there are so much more ways to solve the problem, but NO, viagogo has chosen not to see ways to solve this problem. what selfish services.
viagogo is just a stupid website in which you purchase tickets with a lot of money and in the end not get what you were expecting.i have NEVER had any worse experience like this one before. this is not website, for it is a joke and a rip off.
i cannot believe i have travelled 14 hours via plane all the way from the middle east to canada JUST to watch this concert and make my dreams come true. you should be ashamed of this disgusting service viagogo!
all the positive reviews written on the website are lies, and are just displayed for people to think viagogo is a good website, but it is not!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE TO ANYONE WISHING TO BUY TCKETS.
