“Poor customer service, didn't pay agreed price...AWFUL”

It has now been 16 days since i sent my phone off to Cashmyfone, I have emailed them constantly since 7 days after sending the phone. They have only just replied stating my phone is pending. They quoted me £80 for the phone i sent off and now they say they will only give me £45. To be honest i'm just happy to get some money for my phone, i didn't look at reviews before i used the company but i would definitely go to a more reputable company and not risk receiving any money. I think the fact that i threatened legal action hurried the process as i was beginning to think i wouldn't receive my phone or any money at all.

Don't be fooled by the offer they originally make for your phone as that is only valid for 7 days...they won't get back to you before then. Therefore offering you much less (nearly half the price for myself) at a later date
