“Hawke eyepiece”

The eyepiece arrived on time but when I phone to check it was the right one the person who answered the phone was very sharp and unhelpful,when I explained the problem he said he would check and phone me back, two hours later no phone call so I phoned them and they told me they were waiting on the supplier, I then phoned the supplier (Debens) myself and they answered my query there and then so why did Uttings have such a long wait. They then phoned me back within minutes of me speaking to Debens.
