On actually ringing the wrong department in error to discuss a current claim, I was most impressed witht the customer service that was given by the agent. Although I did speak to the wrong department he was able to answer many of queries with extensive knowledge, to which I was most impressed. Although I rang out of hours to the wrong number I was most satisfied with the information provided by the agent being most helpful. He seems to be a credit to the business, and if this seems to be how everything is handled each time that I would need to speak to an insurance company I would most definatly remain a happy customer.
