ordered a hydration pack, and some other bits - online.
had a call from Tredz next day (left me an answer message) saying out of stock on the pack - stock error at their end, but got different colour/model.
I rang back - after 6 and they were still there, sorted out my order, and it arrived next day.
really chuffed with customer service -> there when i called late, and speed of order. I don't mind the stock error up front, these things happen. You only find out about good customer service when businesses and people have to react to problems - and Tredz staff were excellent
Also in parcel was bunch of freebee hydration tablets - unexpected bonus.
