Just appalling customer service. They never call you back, I've had maintenance issues stretch on for nearly a year and am still waiting for some to be resolved. External paintwork left to the point that wood is rotting. Can't think of anything good to say about them. I have a lot of flats and this is by far the worst management company I have dealt with.
