I usually love the body shop along with there customer care. I have never experienced a bad word about the body shop untill now! i went on there website to send them a quick and polite email requesting them to send me there customer care policy as i am entitled to this. I was dissapointed to recive an automatic reply, giving me lots of irrelevant information, and then to be told that this was private information. Then as i red further i was redirected to another usless email. Verry dissapointed and has now changed my thought about 'friendly' body shop.
