I have decided to give you frame a second go after being left disappointed with a previous order being missed, this was then put aside as a large order had gone through on a groupon deal or similar so cancelled my order as I needed the print as a gift quicker than they were willing to print it.
I received an email on Wednesday and placed an order after being advised that the service levels had been improved. I received on print today but my order had included a duplicate print of original order, only one print was delivered. I have tried for several hours to get through by telephone today but have not yet managed to speak to anyone! I have now sent an email and await their reply...
This is a shame as the products are really good but they really need to get a grip of their service levels..
