This is the second time I've used your site. I am extremely impressed by the changes and the excellence of the service.As a diabetic (Insulin reliant) the advanced mode is fantastic!!
The ability to put my own food in and have everything calculated for me is such a boon.
I don't have any negative comments. It is also brilliant that I can have recipes/meals designed for one person.
I am not good with a computer so I do find the results section confusing.
The women who respond to my weekly comments/diary entries have just the right approach. They are gently supportive and positive even when you've not
had weight loss. Well done to them all!
