“CHECK THE TANK IS FULL!”

The service as usual was excellant - however the tank was NOT full as I discovered when I filled it up at the end of the hire period - the fuel gauge originally showed about an eighth of a tank less which in the dark gave the impression it was a full tank - only, after a few miles the gauge suddenly dropped to half tank - I mentioned it on my return but was only asked if it was full NOW? - as it was only one fill up, it was too late to make any claim - I will use them again, but I will fill the tank when I pick up the vehicle, to ensure it does actually have a full tank.
