I thought I had found the perfect dress for the winter formal at my school and so my mother and I ordered it. It was supposed to arrive a week after we placed the order... and it didn't. We gave it a couple more days and then we looked up tracking information. The dress was apparently stuck in customs in the UK, which makes no sense. Items go through security before departure, customs once they reach their destination. So we contacted the site through several email address that were on the website. All the responses that we got basically said that it was our fault that we didn't get the dress because we didn't pay the customs fee... which we had never been billed for, therefore we had no idea how to pay it (asos wouldn't help us figure out how either). So finally, after over a month of pointless back and forth emails (no customer service number!?) we finally canceled the order. The whole thing was ridiculous, and the people handling the emails were incredibly unhelpful and seemed quite incompetent..
