I booked 6 appointments back in May 2013 for £149, went to the first one at the Milton Keynes office and told to go to a reception on the 4th floor.
Was quite embarrassing as it was a general reception for the building used by many different companies, anyway they didn't have details of my appointment but told me they had called in sick.
I rang the number and they re-arranged my appointment.
My second appointment day comes and i get a text saying they are still having problems and the same with the next one.
No one was picking up the phone and I was getting no response to emails, i have since found that the company has ceased trading and I am out of pocket.
I have written to them but doubt i will hear anything, it was an expensive lesson to learn!
