“what an awesome experiance”

I booked a flight to Florida for my 4year an myself to Disney about a few months prior to the trip found he could not make it I tried with one of your agents to see about banking his trip so he could go another time but the airlines charged more to bank each way than I paid so I ended up loosing out on his ticket but purchasing the ticket thru u was so (how do you say nicely) cheap lol.it was worth eating the ticket. My only suggestion is maybe you can come up with a program to bank the tickets thru your company. Thanks for your time Linda
