“suggest you avoid getmein”

I was online and waiting at ticketmaster the day tickets went on sale for an O2 concert we wanted to see. At the very instant the tickets came on sale I pressed "buy" but they were already all sold. I was instantly redirected to Getmein via the ticketmaster site. The self same tickets we wanted were there at twice the price. No alternative but to buy if we wanted to see the show. That was 6 months prior to the show. We'd planned a weekend in london before the show which was on the Monday. No tickets with just a couple of weeks to go. Proved impossible to contact anyone direct or e mail anyone at Getmein as they have a wall of automated responses around them. Days to go and still no tickets. Used the online facility to change the delivery address to our hotel. No response at all. Got a dispatch e mail from them the day before we were to leave for london saying tickets would be delivered to our home address within 2 working days i.e. would arrive on the day of the concert. A shambles. Save yourself money and disappointment and avoid this company.
