Placed the order and received the wrong club! I thought oh no, here we go with the nightmare of returning the club! Contacted customer services, superb response, no quibble, prompt replies to all e-mails! UPS sent an e-mail to print off the returns label, collected the club the next day and my replacement club delivered at the same time! Superb customer focus and assistance. Really deserve a lot of credit for this level of customer service, many thanks.
