“DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY !!!”

Quick delivery promised from stock. Had to phone to ask when how much longer I would have to wait after waiting 2 weeks.
Glass splashbacks and upstands received and looked O.K. but when fitted there was very noticeable colour difference. Complaint raised and as items were glued to walls were unable to return them.
Photographs were sent to them to show how bad they were.
Premier range phoned me to offer four new upstands AND a refund of the cost of the four new upstands.
Four new upstands arrived - not perfect but better than the first lot.
No credit card refund appeared.
Phoned again, profuse apologies, and definite promise of refund.
No credit card refund appeared.
Phoned again, profuse apologies and guaranteed promise of refund.
Sent email asking for confirmation of their promise - no reply.
No refund appeared and on phoning them they blamed someone who had left the company. Now in the hands of the credit card company.
