“Not even sure the company exist!”

Sent 2 phones in perfect working order, by the recomended recorded nxt day delivery, both wrapped in bubble & sent in padded pacakaging.

Took a week for them to acknowledge receipt of phones,despite my emailing as you cant get any answer on there phone lines.

Once they confirmed receipt by email they then said that both phones were not working so they would pay a less amount for the phonea or send them back to me.

Still cant get through on phones have sent several emails asking for a callback no such luck.

They still have my phones & I am am still unaware as to whats happening almost 4 wks later!
