They do not reply to complaints send you round in circles treat you like a gold fish send you letters that do not answer your complaint When you talk to them SO SORRY :( YAH!!!! spent 18 months trying to get some repairs done Wrote to complaints Head office Phoned me said get back to me get a letter when shall we come to do repairs when my letter said I had enough of them want compensation for talking over 18 months 12 of them was waiting a reply But as they think we are like gold fish forget Tried to call them got to write complaint So here we go again ARRRRRRRRR
