“This airline has the worst airline customer service...”

This airline has the worst airline customer service that I have ever encountered. Agean customer service agents were unable to confirm a wheelchair provision, despite it being booked 2 weeks earlier. I found the customer service were unhelpful: she kept repeating the same statement over and over again. After asking to speak to her manager (who doesn't speak english very well), she kept repeating the same statement as her subordinate and accused me of not being able to understand her statement. I explained to the cust service manager that lack of a wheelchair for someone who is about to have an operation would mean that my aunt will have to crawl or be lifted on a luggage trolley. The manager rudely hang up!!!! We eventually called Heathrow airport (operated by BA), who confirmed our booking (that was made 2 weeks earlier) without any problem. So using my own experience, I will definitely avoid flying with this airline. They are so incompetent, inhumane and very rude . I will not trust this airline to savely fly me. Would they do a proper maintenance on their aircraft? Would the pilots have the same attitude as their customer service? Certainly, I will avoid Agean Airline!
