My brother passed away very suddenly 3 weeks ago; as his executrix, I was responsible for dealing with his business, and needed to access his address book on his mobile urgently. I checked the feedback on this company, and it was more good than bad. This company assured me they could unlock his phone, and took my money. THEN they emailed me to say they couldn't unlock his phone, so I took the mobile to a corner shop in his home town (50 miles from me) who sorted it out in a matter of minutes.
I have asked this company for a refund four times now, and they have ignored every single request - seriously, it's not a matter of losing a few pounds, it's the abysmal customer "service", especially at a time when life has turned so awful.
