“Very impressed for such unknow hosting company!”

Having just moved to "fortunahost" from another hosting provider I wasn't sure how good the support would be, as you never really know until you have a problem.

I made a mess of setting up my reseller account and ended up with a clients domain, as the main domain on the account. I thought I would be stuck with it, but no, they solved the problem in less than a day.

If like me you have spent hours pulling your hair out with a poor support service, fortunahost is like a breath of fresh air. I was blown away with how quick and efficient they were.
