So I spent £35 on a dress, totalling approx. £38 with post&packaging, to then have to wait over a week for it to be delivered, but amazingly they said they couldn't find my address. Which was funny seeing as they had sent products to my house before. I am actually appalled as they made me wait over a week to tell me "Oh well, you can't have the product. Try ordering it again." I come to order it and it's out of stock. WHY DO YOU ASK?? Because of their utter time wasting that's why. Then they had sent the package back to them, without telling me so when I saw on the tracking system "customer received package" I was completely confused as to who the hell they had given it to seeing as I hadn't received anything ! Well thanks ASOS. Thanks for wasting over a week of my time, and thanks for raising my blood pressure in the process. Thanks for, literally, nothing.
