“Brilliant - once I had got my head around it!”

I don't think the website is very clear as to the logistics of sending money abroad. I had to call the CS centre (in Canada) with questions.

All told, I have managed to transfer sterling in euros with 2 cents extra in every pound, compared to my bank and also without charges (£25, from Nationwide).

Now I get it - I'll be using it a lot in the future.
