“I like BookIt - online ordering needs to be improved.”

I like BookIt.com, using it several time and generally happy. However I would suggest them to improve packages sale to be able to adjust flight. In most cases flights are not matching well the check in dates and time. In some cases it's impossible to adjust them. For instance:
You trying to book Flight + hotel for May 15 - May 25. Flight are coming with this order may be set that you will come to hotel for check in on May 15 at 7 PM and check out at 6:50 AM on May 25. So you actually losing whole day of stay. If you trying to get another flight overnight and you may think to Depart on May 14 overnight to come to hotel check in on May 15 in the morning - it will not let you, but it will let you to get overnight May 15 to May 26, so you will loose even more time. I was able to call support and they made those adjustments for me, but it will be better if I can do it online without need to call and stay on hold for a while.
Overall I have a good experience with bookit.com and will continue using them.
