First of all I really love my new car and it was delivered nice and early on the arranged day earlier than expected. However, reaching this momentous day was not so great. The original delivery date was not as promised and all in all it took over two months to receive delivery. Apparently the car intended for me was delivered to someone else - not impressed! My biggest complaint of the whole process is the lack of communication from FVL - I always had to contact them to find out what was happening, whether my car was in the pipeline and when delivery would be. When you are going to spend money everyone month with FVL I think the least you can do is contact your client on a weekly basis just to keep them informed if there is a problem and not promise delivery dates you cannot keep.
