Last week I had an incident with a PC bought from Palicomp - basically it would not boot up!
I rang the service dept. number and got through quickly (refreshing change from other organisations).
James then took me through a thorough check of my machine and made a diagnosis, for which I needed a power supply.
This was dispatched quickly. I fitted it successfully using James' directions.
I rang up the service number, again quick respense and James took me through the whole procedure of repairing my BIOS.
He was knowledgeable, patient and skilled and we got my machine up and running.
I want to congratulate Palicomp on such very good service. The response was quick, the diagnosis accurate and the support excellent.
