We made 9 bookings for a tour 'down under' next year, heavily influenced by repeated promises we could cancel or change bookings. When we checked the bookings, we found one was incorrect and we wanted to change the return location (their error) and the drop-off time. They refused to do so, with no explanation and later told us their Terms & Conditions allow them to refuse to make amendments (they don't!). Neither would they allow us to cancel without loosing our deposit, despite at least one of the problems being their fault. Responses have been inconsistent; they have ignored requests to escalate and refused to provide contact details.
So we are stuck and have little faith in the remaining bookings.
