I booked a flight with BT Store, and the airline which I bought the ticket went bankrupt while I was abroad, forcing me to by a one-way ticket out of my pocket. When I returned to the US, my credit card company refused to refund me half of ticket as been promised. So one of the company's managers woke up on a Sunday at 5am to speak to my credit card company representatives (since my credit card company is in Israel)! I never got a dedicated service like that in my whole life, and I'll definitely use BT Store again.
