“no suprise..no product!!”

I purchased and paid for a 3D cube box art picture from Dwell at Fort Dunlop.Birmingham on 12th January 2013.I was told it was out of stock but should be in store within 4-6 weeks.We then were told it could be a couple of weeks later.I rang and spoke to Head office to find out when it was likely to be available for me to collect,and not unsuprisingly ,had a very non committal and unhelpful young girl who didnt seem to know or care about customer service. I then decided to deal with my local store at Touchwood shopping centre,Solihull.The guy,Mark,was much more helpful and did keep me up to date as much as he was able.I was given 28th June for the picture to be instore by. But today a friend told me he'd heard Dwell were in administration and noone was answering phone calls.No picture after having paid for it 6 months ago and the unlikely to get an apology let alone a refund!
They are pretty clueless when it comes to business,shame as they had some nice things in their shops.
Lesson to be learnt,pay on delivery not before!! No star rating
