“Excellent customer service”

I have recently moved to Chaucer Direct for Car Insurance. After experiencing many other car insurance companies over the years I can say without a doubt that Chaucer Direct have the best customer service department I have ever dealt with. All members of the department that I have spoken to regarding an issue with my previous insurer were friendly and professional and their customer service skills were second to none. One particular member of your service team was extremely helpful and was able to resolve my issue with my previous insurers personally saving me a lot of money and inconvenience. Thank you so much!
