Avoid using this website; they are hopeless

We bought some flowers for delivery to a funeral which we were unable to attend. The website only allows 100 characters for a message but did not clearly state this and allowed full payment.

We realised straight away and phoned to change the message but no answer on any of their telephone numbers. We then e-mailed but received the reply :

DEBARATI1 ( 6/21/2013 3:49:34 PM ) :Dear Sir,
Greetings From us!!
This is to inform you that your order has been processed from our end so it is not possible to modify the message right now. You can also contact us on our 24 hrs customer service no. 9230765100, 9230721098, 9230721101 for further details.
Thank you for visiting our website. Yours faithfully, Customer Care Executive

We eventually managed to speak to a customer support person who was really unhelpful and rude and put the phone down on me whilst talking to him.

I would strongly recommend NOT to use this company and use other web sites to send flowers.
