I was a bit skeptical about the price quoted as it was a lot higher than the other recycling companies. When reading more on their site, I thought they would take off money for general wear and tear when I felt a reduction wasn't warranted. However, I must say that the service was brilliant. Not only did they give me the quoted price but payment was made quickly and they kept me updated at the different stages. A reminder was sent by email to tell me to post it off in order to receive the quoted price, and another was sent when the payment was made. In between, I could track the status of my order on their website. Registration was easy and they send you the package to send your phone to. If you don't like the quote they give you after inspecting your phone, it costs £3 to return the phone to you which is a fair price.

Overall, I would recommend this service and have already recommended it to a friend.
