“Absolute rip off”

After getting a so called price guide of £208 on Wednesday night the delivery turned up Thursday with a bill of £278!!!!
They tried to blame computer error but computers only do what they are programmed todo!
Do Tesco direct hope that I would miss this increase!
Customer service did nothing to pacify me except send a driver round at 11pm to collect the order
Sainsbury's here I come
