I've been using agoda.com just this year and I was skeptical at first, but now I'm happy. When I was in Shenyang in April, the hotel claimed that it didn't do business with agoda.com. Since it was late and so much confusion, I was put up at the Crown Plaza.

I'm lovin' it and will use them on my trips this summer.
