This is first time i am reviewing anything in my life - i am 47. I am a business person own a call center company. I was so upset with bookit that i decided to do this.
what they did well:
1. the person that tried to fix the problem stuck with it.
2. he called the hotel
what they did bad:
1. wrong confirmation number
2. logged into my account and was not able to see the address of hotel i booked.
3. wrong hotel address was provided to me. i called back to get address and found out i had wrong address.
4. the account i created was utterly useless.
i rate them 2 out of 10.
