Dear Graham,
Your order is confirmed and is now covered by the viagogo guarantee.)
Advised that the tickets would arrive 3-5 days prior to the event and that would be when the monies would be deducted from my account. The event is Saturday 22 June, contacted Viagogo on to alter delivery address the week prior to the show. Contacted Viagogo on Thursday 20 as I had missed a call the day prior when they called mid afternoon and was in a meeting. Was informed that they wanted to offer me an upgrade and someone would be in touch either by phone or email. Late afternoon nothing heard so contacted them. Informed tickets no longer available but there were tickets available in a lower grade area of seating which they were prepared to offer a discount against (made it quite clear at this point that I would be expecting a discount if they were upgrading me rather than offering seats at what is probably the going rate!) We now have tickets that are side facing whereas the original tickets were in front of the stage. Despite offering a 'discount I have been charged the full rate as per the initial tickets, and given today is Thursday 20 have had E-Tickets which guess what,...... been charged £9.95 delivery fee!!! Completely unreliable and a rip off!
Would never use this company again - would prefer hot needles to be inserted into my eyes! Were it not for the fact there is a hotel booked for the night and table for an early lunch and managed to get into a really popular restaurant would have told them to stuff it!
