I've been shopping with Asos for about 5 years and always rated them highly, although over the last 12 months they've gone really downhill, the service is terrible, they constantly mess up orders, deliver late etc, the customer service dept is a joke, I've given up ordering from them now whoch is a shame as their selection is good but I'd rather give money to a company that deserves is!!!
