“bunch of lying monkeys”

Three weeks ago I ordered a bed and mattress from the basingstoke branch. The sells guy confirmed that it would be delivered and assemble it. Well it was delivered today but it wasn't assembled as per prior agreement. When I phoned the store I was told to contact customer services. So I phoned customers service just to be told that the sells guy had not written the information on the order and there was nothing they could do until Friday. So I've got no bed to sleep on. When I asked to speak to a manager I was refused, I've had to pay a handyman to build the bed and dreams couldn't give a dam. Once they have your money they wash their hands of any responsibility. Bunch of monkeys, do your self a massive favour and buy elsewhere. .
