This is the second time I have booked with BookIt.com and, again, I was more than pleased with their service. They have the most user friendly online booking site and is easy to specify EXACTLY what you are looking for in a booking agent. Whether it is the best pricing/user reviews/professional reviews/ and most popular recommendations, it's easy to find what you are looking for. When it came to booking, both times actually, we forgot to notify our bank that a substantial withdrawal was going into effect off our account. This resulted in only getting the flights booked and not the resort or the resort booked and not the flight. By no fault of bookit. The number to contact bookit when the screen told me only part of my vacation was booked initially seemed like a hassle. Someone answered right away and it was an actual person. Within no time we discovered the problem and made the needed adjustments and within minutes the vacation was booked and verified and an email of my confirmation and itinerary was received. Awesome! No worries with bookit! Our vacation to Jamaica isn't till October but if it is anything like our vacation to Riviera Maya, it will go off without a hitch and everyone will have the same itinerary as myself. I haven't mentioned the flights! Easy to adjust flights to what is best suited and easy to reserve seats with a quick link to the flight company. Did i mention they have the best online pricing and best day to day specials?! Do your research and you will end up at bookit.com. I recommended my friend in Texas to book his trip through bookit because we are meeting them in Jamaica. Within 5 minutes on the phone with him he was able to easily guide himself through the website (first time user he was) and book his vacation for the same dates and same arriving and departing times to and from the airport. He has traveled the world much more than me and usually goes through his own "agent". He was amazed at how easy it is and how much more cost effective it is. Now he feels he has been ripped off all these years!!! Do your research I tell him ;)
