“Customer service”

Booked a holiday over a month ago with Jet2Holidays and emailed them at the same time to request a private transfer add on. Got an automated email back telling me they'd respond within a week (I thought that was long!). Tried to call them twice but after 25 minutes on the phone waiting to get through, I gave up on both occasions. Over a month later (one month and 6 days) I've finally had a call back. No communication received in the meantime from them! Lady who called was very abrupt telling me that it was no concern of mine that they have a long 40 minute hold time! Absolutely appalling service so far. I just hope the holiday itself is a better experience. Wouldn't recommend these regardless simply due to the dire customer service!!
