We got a terrible customer service from SkyScanner. I would never recommend to anyone buy a ticket through them. They changed my itinerary 5 days before my flight and never informed me. After calling a customer service a dozens of times. My call was dropped every time and I was promised a call back and nobody ever called us back. Luckily Delta changed our flight for the next day.
I have never written a bad review about anyone. I was just shocked with how we were treated and I don’t want anyone to get in a same situation as I did. I understand if there was just a mistake, everyone makes one. But it is more how the customer service treated us after they made a mistake.
